Fernando Gutiérrez graduated his studies of law at the Catholic University of Córdoba in February 2007. In 2008 he earned a Certification in Legal Aspects of International Trade at the National University of Córdoba. In 2010 he got a postgraduate degree (LL.M. in Comparative Law) at the University of Florida, United States. He specialized in International Law and his thesis “International Commercial Arbitration” was honored by the academic field of Levine College of Law (UF).
After his graduation in the US, he had worked as a Foreign Legal Consultant at Diaz, Reus & Targ, L.L.P. in Miami, where he performed several tasks related to conflicts of public and private international law, including counseling and monitoring class actions against the Argentine National Bank (Banco de la Nación Argentina).
In 2014 Fernando founded his own law firm FG Law based in Córdoba, Argentina, where he advises individuals as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in a wide range of legal matters.
