Günter Oberholzer has been admitted to the bar since 1998 and has many years of diverse experience in legal practice. After obtaining his law degree, he completed an LL.M. course in international business law at the University of Zurich from 2008 to 2010, specializing in banking, capital market, and insurance law. In 2009, he received a certificate in “Intensive Course in American Business Law” from Tulane Law School in New Orleans.
Among other things, he has worked as a public defender in the canton of Glarus and has in-depth forensic experience and comprehensive knowledge of contract and procedural law.
His practice focuses in particular on commercial law, corporate law, and contract law, as well as labor law and insurance law.
Thanks to his many years of experience, he represents companies and private individuals with a practical and solution-focused approach to consulting.
Günter speaks German, English and French.
He is registered in the Bar Registry Nidwalden and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
