Nicolas studied law at the University of Basel and the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg. He advises entrepreneurs, investors, and private individuals with a particular focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and succession planning, including inheritance law aspects. Another key area of his practice is family law, with a special emphasis on complex wealth-related matters. In addition, he supports his clients in matters of anti-money laundering compliance and public law. Thanks to his successful work with international companies and trading firms, as well as his advisory services to private investors, he has acquired the necessary expertise to effectively support his clients in their legal concerns.
Nicolas is registered with the Bar Register of the Canton of Basel-Stadt and is admitted to practice before all courts in Switzerland.
He speaks German, English, French, and Spanish, and also has knowledge of Russian.
