Simona Sangiuolo

Simona is dually qualified as a UK solicitor and as an Italian lawyer (avvocato) and has gained substantial private practice and in-house experience both in Italy and in London.

She holds an LL.M. in International and EU Law and Economics. Simona is a commercial lawyer with experience of UK and international cross-border transactions in various business areas.

Simona provides assistance on general commercial and corporate work, international and EU law, contracts, debt recovery and insolvency law. She also assists individuals setting up new companies by providing them with on-going assistance dealing with the vast legal issues that arise in connection with running a business.
