Vlatka Vedriš

Vlatka is the founding partner of the Law Firm Vedris & Partner. She established her independent law practice in 1992, and founded the firm in 1997.

In her work Vlatka is primarily focused on commercial and companies’ law, specialised in mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of companies, as well as providing full legal services in project development. Vlatka’s professional experience includes participation in numerous conferences, especially in the field of international commercial law and arbitration. In 2003 Vlatka received her arbitrator status with the Vienna Arbitration Centre.

Vlatka is a permanent court interpreter for English and German language.
