Henrique Sousa Freire

Henrique is a member of the Corporate, Commercial and M&A team of the Caiado Guerreiro law firm, a Portuguese full service provider with 40 years of experience.

Henrique mainly supports societies in their everyday affairs. He advised on a number of complex national and international M&A transactions.

Henrique holds a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Lisbon in Portugal. In addition, he completed his postgraduate training in arbitration law at this university.

Henrique speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
