From 24-26.11.2023, the Just1 Partner Meeting took place in Zagreb, Croatia, under the leadership and invitation of our lawyer Vlatka Vedriš. The topic of the autumn meeting was the harmonization of European civil procedure rules. Prof. Dr. Alan Uzelac gave us an exclusive insight into the status, background and hurdles in the implementation of the European legal institute and UNIDROIT of a uniform code of civil procedure, which could also be applied outside the European Union and in other continents. Prof. Dr. Alan Uzalac is a professor at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb and has been leading the project to standardize the rules of civil procedure for the EU together with other leading professors from European universities in Vienna, Maastricht, Oslo, Kazan, Uppsala and Pavia for many years.
Stalking – a new offense?
The initiative is already in motion and there is a prospect that stalking could also
